DELIVERY
1. Where do you deliver?

2. I live outside your delivery area. Can I still order?
We strive to make your dream home a reality, even if you reside outside our regular delivery areas. Please contact our Customer Care team to explore alternative delivery options or inquire about pickup locations available in your area.
3. Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, you can request a change in your delivery date up to a certain number of days (two days) before the scheduled date. To make this change, please contact our Customer Care team, and they will assist you accordingly.
4. Will my furniture be assembled for me?

WARRANTY & RETURNS
1. What is the procedure if my merchandise arrives damaged?
If you receive merchandise that is visibly damaged during the delivery process or notice damage to your home caused by the delivery, please inform our delivery team and ensure that it is documented in the delivery paperwork. Afterward, contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of the delivery to report the damage. We will make every effort to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.
2. Can I return an item if I am not satisfied with it?
Yes, you can return most products within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind about them. To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Care team via phone or email. Please note that a restocking fee and delivery fees will be deducted from your refund, and the merchandise must be in "as-new" condition. If your purchase included free delivery, the original outbound delivery cost will also be deducted from your refund.
